OMG the teleporting is crazy in this one. I mean I have all Budokai, but I don't know if I want to buy it. I see they change Cell when he transforms.

Just watched the vid (you should post of the Vegeta vs Goku one he did Negi), MAN that vid teases me about the music. If they weren't gonna add the original Japanese music, Bruce Faulconer's music would have been SUCH a great alternative.

How do you get hold of those red potaras?

The playability has improved a lot and the teleporting is easier than ever, making the fights more like the anime, it is annoying though, I got pounded 9 times in a row by perfect cell, he just kept teleporting and whacking me in another direction, the most I've chained is about 4.

I get what you're saying bout replayin the whole dbz stories over an over, I just think it's about time we got to play from the start of dragonball, through dbz, to the end of gt.
Now if they made that game, I would be amazed!

Why not go from DB to GT, that way you could have ALL the kids fight

I did pick it up last night, but I didn't get the chance to play it too long. From what I played though, the story mode is noticeably weaker than the previous title's, but I agree, the story's been done SOOO much that it's now more a chore than actual fun to keep fighting the same people in the same battles in the same places. It's cool with me, and also, I notice that there's new techniques that I have to learn now to stay on top of it, but to me the fighting seems more fluid and balanced, and yes, you can definitely feel the difference in characters. When I first started fighting Raditz with Goku I was decent, and then, I switched to Piccolo and got my a$$ handed to me at first. Like I said, I didn't play for long, but from what I see: Story Mode isn't the main focus, there's DEFINITELY a positive change in the fighting dynamics, and it looks like the moves are more character based, (still have ALOT of characters to get). I'm satisfied.

So where were goku and vegeta jr from, I don't ever recall seein em in the series (I've only seen 3 of the movies)

Hmmm, that would be interesting if they did the entire series from begining to end, maybe that might happen on next-gen systems. Anyways i rather they increase on gamplay then story, so far from what you and the other have been saying the gampley has improved.

They had a short cameo at the end of Dragonball GT, on the very last episode they fought each other in the World Tournament. They're the descendants of Goku and Vegeta.

The Dragon Ball Saga and the What IF saga are unlocked just by playing normally the story mode?

How do you get to play as the chars (with passwords) ? I have them unlocked and when I go in fighter catalogue, they are there, but I don't see any way to use them  @_@

Nice review. Hey, I have a question. Can you play as Adult Chi-Chi, because I know you can play as her in Super DBZ but Tenkaichi 2 didn't have Chi-Chi, and is Bulma playable in the game?

I don't know because I don't have the game and I'm waiting for the wii version since it has more for the buck (It pisses me off that it's not being released at the same time like Tenkaichi 2 did).
