my Japanese teacher with relatives n friends in several locations in japan said that the quake was hard indeed and the leaks are a concern but nowhere near as bad as news and youtube say (shocker). Dont expect japan to blow up in a nuclaer fungus or to never recover, the truth is most of the country is back to normal already.

I mean this is japan we are talking about not Indonesia, some other less developed countries got hit, especially by the tsunami.

There were some floods here in mexico last year and in cnn n stuff it looked like the whole country was destroyed when in truth very little happened.

Not saying we should not care just pointing out how exaggerated media is.

I saw on tv awhile back on japanese building structure that they have special strut beams built into

or should say majority of the major high rises there and those beams that support the buildings have sway ability so when an earthquake hits of a certain magnitude they will stay standing and just rock with the tremors. i think they already have incorperated those same ideas here in USA with the achitecture of building that are cewrtain attained heights in high rises.

It still a big deal to me because I'm also worried about the celebrities that may have been within the impacted area, which is also why I'm worried about Hyde of L'Arc En Ciel and VAMPS fame. Gackt was reported safe and sound, but I haven't heard any news. Some Kamen Rider and Super Sentai celebrities haven't updated their blog in sometime, and since there are a lot of riders, It makes me feels concerned about them as well.

As for Anime and manga celebrities, I'm not sure.

Breaking the bad news to myself, it looks like my favorite Mangaka Hirohiko Araki of JoJo's Bizarre lives in the Sendai area. I hope he's okay. He spends his time with his family there, and the area was the main inspiration for Morioh-cho from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Series 4: Diamond is Unbreakable.

Yeh when i saw this on the news the day it happened i was stunned. a friend called me at first blabbering and i didnt know what he was gettin at. so my lady walked in the door and said "wow, some guys outside was talking about some huge quake that happened in japan and a Tsunami hit

". when i flicked for the news i saw that huge sprial Body of water and things rushing in. It looked like A giant Toilet bowl flushing that one ship down smh.

anyway we will see more and more events like this. i heard it was so bad that the sea levels in Cali sorta Rose and they had to evacuate the the beach. I found that odd as hell...........im convinced the planet is going through something. too many events happening too soon. i doubt it if its the end but we will be having a lot of earth shaking situations all over more n more.

Crazy stuff has been happening, a Volcano went off in southern japan, US Navy crew members who were helping in japan were radioactive when they got back to their ship, and another plant has had its rod's exposed which could lead to a melt down.
All this is listed as today, that explosion was yesterday.

good lawd zvitor , i know japan is very fast at building thingds but uhhh wow , that iwould be insanely fast with all that damage that has occured there. well it didnt strike the huge metroplitans , just came about 3 to 4 miles inward and washed away the small coastline fronts. but dang. after what i saw on the news and net and pictures....it will be a looooooong time before they could repair all that.

yeh the funny thing about all that those people with those remarks will be the first ones crying when a random sink hole opens up under their feet or a random 7.8 earth quake rocks their little town taking their families out. This is damn there happening everywhere now. sink holes. earthquakes. floods. mud slides and all that. Hello?? dont people read? the earths axis shifted Again! because of that new quake from Japan. I mean folks shouldnt scared to death but they do need to be aware. something is happening and the last place they want is be living near a nuclear reactor when the ground opens up 12 blocks away from there home

I also hope everybody at IMT fams and loved ones are safe when some random new BS happens in their home town god forbid....cuz even LA is on high alert and their sea levels are rising since that quake in japan. I found that baffling right there. this is crazy sh*t here man...im trying to figure out whats going on. is it the earths core or is it really the sun making sh*t crazy more n more. remember we just got hit with some solar flares recently.....not trying to be funny or a spaz but these kind of signs happened with that 2012 flick to a degree...i dunno but its odd....eh hopefully all this will pass over and not go any farther...and hopefully japan is still on the earth,,,this isnt looking good at all man...

smh i dont know man. but all joking aside we are all living to see something in the coming years that will be really jacked up to the planet. it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see for the past few years and actually fast we have been seeing changes with the planet and sun. i mean screw AL gore or whatever but somethin is up and its wild random now. I was told Yellowstone's Volcano is beyond the regular volcano as it is more than enough to completely ruin the U.S. The ashes can cover up the skies and ruin the atmosphere. So the best way to not be afraid of hat volcano is just ignore it...always works...

Anyway...Japan is getting DESTROYED!! That's some terrible sh*t, it's hard to believe all that happened so quickly...first earthquake (Earth), then tsunami (Water), then Volcano (Fire)...hopefully...it will stop...
