I know. It kinda reminds me of how ZV changed Beserker Barrage to make it look like Wolvie's running

will he have some sort of Parry Block deflect for fireball attacks? u know like Kof Rugals Power deflection?
But with your Ultimate captain America it could be with his shield in some way.

This Cap is coming along great so far Sic. I dig what you did with the Charging Star too, pretty damn cool if I may say so myself. I think if you made the flag for the hypers more...red, white, and blue it might look a little cooler though, or maybe even just a monochromatic color scheme would look cool also. The transparency seems to kind of give it pinkish tint to it, but it could just be me. All in all though man, I am stoked to say the least to get my hands on this guy. The Cap has always been one of my favorite Marvel characters. I'm not super patriotic or anything, I just like how he beats people down with a shield and his bare hands. He's a stud.

My thought
1 thing that I think could be pretty cool with him.
I know he is Ultimate cap and thats the whole point but if you where to put in a very tight to his head pair of wings (as they are some times in the comics) you can smart pal them in and out as you like and I think it would be a very small but nice addition to your cap.

only suggesting it and he will be fantastic either way I know.
hope you dont mind I used him just to show a quick example of what I mean.

its done in a way that you can keep your original pal too.

Seeing as this is the ULTIMATE costume and as far as I know the Ultimate costume didn't have wings, the wings seem unnecessary

I think a full smart PAL would be nicer but with Just these wings it will open up so many more pal options and alternate versions. I'm fully aware hes the ultimate version read original post. its just his moves and stance look so good id like to play him as original cap america aswell and maybe can get a few more styles outta him.

personally i always hated the wings on his head
