Having problems with the hyper portraits & my character select screen pic I did . None of them will show up in Mugen .

Any advice from anyone ?

They won't show up for me at all ? Even the headshot portrait I made for the character select screen won't show up ? How did you convert those files to get them to show up in Mugen , Scar ?

I saved them in photoshop as pcx & they won't show up when the character runs . Is there another program to use to convert them . I've used photoshop for everything else , but all my portraits seem to have a problem . I can get my character select & hyper portrait to show up when I drag them into another pcx file , but they are the wrong color .

No , they not a shared palette & yes they are converted to 256 colors . Any other suggestions ?

You might have to edit the picture's individual palette to make sure the background color isnt black and that everything is ok, even though your not doing a shared palette you might have to do this anyway to get it to work.
So just open a new character in fighter factory and edit that palette then apply it to it again, then hopefuly it will work for your character.

FYI though, to all looking forward to a Demogoblin Palette, there are some shared color issues, so keep in mind its not a perfect Demogoblin.

OK guys it's Sunday night & the ballots are in .......

It was a close vote , but the majority rules . Here is the way it all panned out .....

See of video of him in action    - 23 (40.4%)
Wait until Halloween & be surprised    - 30 (52.6%)
I don't care because your Hobgoblin sucks !    - 4 (7%)

Thanx for all the votes . I guess you'll have to wait until Halloween to see him . I can't believe 3 actually voted he sucks ! ( 1 was by accident) Oh well , I guess you can't please everyone !

Anyway Goblins will be abound Halloween . Hobgoblin's to be precise . I'll post the link for him at this forum . There may be some clowns running around also . If you catch my drift !
