I think this is that little dragon that young Goku found . Not really sure , I didn't watch the whole series .

Correct, he first appears in early episodes of Dragon Ball and pops up quite frequently there after.

This wasn't a bad 4 button character, definitely worth checking out if your a Dragon Ball fan.

This has probably been the biggest surprise so far. He looks like a lot of fun. You should eventually do the Boss Rabbit from Dragonball. The guy that can turn people into carrots. He was always a Dragonball favorite of mine. Thanks for this release though, I'm gonna go try him out right now, seeing how your characters are always awesome Warner.

Thanks guys. 
This char i started to make it, a couple of years ago, like a practice, but i never finish neither released.
Today i want to complete his missing sprites and put his specials.
like his ultimate tecnique (last screenshot ) is the tecnique with almost beat goku in the tournament.
it is a very simple char but is very playable, his sprites was ripped from a Game boy Advance game , i edited a few to complete the mugen required sprites.

i hope i could give it an update someday.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm more a comic character fan than anything else, but this character is really good. At first, he was a little hard for me to get used to, but I just beat the crap out of that new Mickey Mouse character with him and it was...brutal. Great job on this character Warner. You indeed have some skills.
