Torso and saber need more work and details. Your relying on the fact that it's a sprite, when you zoom in to what mugen normally zooms to in game, all you see is a blank black torso, and a blank black  saber hilt.
Looking good so far though, keep trying. It's hard to finish a project like this, but everyone will help you along if you need it.

looks sick! You must fit in his trademark 'Force choke' in his move set some how! The Vader rocks and i can't wait until he's released

looks really good, i was going to make vader myself but after seeing this one its all yours, mine looks no where near as good as that.
