I wonder if we could merge all three ending ideas together to form one huge ending!

Maybe we could.  8) It might be interesting.

Sludge, Captain Obvious, what do you think?

While Onslaught is absorbing the powers of the defeated heroes, Professor X manages to break out of Magneto's control and challenges him to a fight. Magneto defeats Professor X then continues absorbing the rest of the heroes along with the defeated Professor X. Going mad with power, Magneto absorbs everything in his path. Years later after Magneto manages to absorb everything in the entire universe, he quickly becomes bored and has nothing to rule over.

Seems to be more of a Magneto ending than an Onslaught ending but still good nonetheless. But, one problem, can Onslaught, or even Magneto, ABSORB powers? I don't know if they can do that, but if they can, please let me know.

The link above has a page that shows all fictional characters that can manipulate superpowers and Onslaught is one of them.

Well good night everyone! I'll come up with new ideas for Onslaught's ending in the morning or while I day-dream at school. :P

Nice, i like it so far yaburtle. The sentinel scene is perfect, the first and last scene's are gonna need some animation touches to make them work. However, I'm not digging the scene pic for the portal, if the portal is going to be shown then it's gotta be animated.

I thought the Sentinel scene was perfect too. Sorry I forgot to ask if you wanted any animated pictures. I thought you just wanted pictures. What would you want Onslaught to do? Move his hand, float, make his eyes glow? And of course, I didn't think you'd dig the portal, but it should be something like that but animated.

Also, just wondering, what would be the best music theme for Onslaught's ending. I think it should have music too. cool music! :w00t:

I was just thinking, does Onslaught's ending have to be him winning cause there are some other endings in other video games where one of the heroes win but they have a bad ending and then when one of the villains win as well, they also get the bad ending even though they won. Take Shao Kahn's ending from MKA for example, He defeated Blaze and had the power to merge all realms with Outworld. However, even though he had complete control over the realms, he grew mad with boredom cause there was nothing else for him to conquer.

Hmm. I know what you mean, Mugenfan26. I've seen endings like that. He doesn't HAVE to win. I just made an ending of him winning, but he could still have a bad ending like any other character. It's up to YOU. (Points finger at MUGEN audience.)

Like Charlie's ending in X-Men vs. Street Fighter, he defeated Apocalypse but was then captured by M. Bison who performed experiments on him and was turned into Shadow.

I would rather have an animated ending rather than an ending with just still images. As for what to do with those still's that all amounts to what can you do since i am no good at spriting. As for music we could go with onslaught's intro music from mvc.

Would it be possible to use in-game footage from Marvel vs. Capcom for Onslaught's ending as well?

Dunno, but I know some endings for Mugen have in-game footage.

Well, I'm no better at spriting than you are. I haven't the faintest idea on how to do it. I'm just an idea man and nothing more, though I'm still learning this kind of stuff.

If and when I become good, I'll see if I can make an ending.

If you have the frame by frame footage then yes. The ending's are just animation's, not hard to do at all.
