Snag-it help

I've recently have had to format my computer due to a virus attack and lost my mugen. There goes 3.5 gigs. Anyways it also deleted snag-it and I've had to restore it and it's settings. So does anybody know any good settings so the audio can record well on snag-it?

aren't the default ones the best.

Its a good idea to unhook your mic if you have one too.

Also make sure you click the mic near the record button.
