Adding chars to random select box, making chars bosses etc.

Heya Infinity   Was wondering if sumone can be kind enuff to help a newb with a few lil tweaks. What I'd like is to add a char or two to the random select box to be selected like a "hidden" fighter. also (and this one proves my newbiness  ) how can I make one tough guy be my predetermined boss at the end? I'm using Mugen Free For all by Ryon btw. Thnx guys, any help is so so appreciated.
