infinity screenpack music problem

I downloaded the infinity screenpack from here and I noticed that sometimes the music will play on the main menu but sometimes it wont..For example it might play when I first load up the game but after I go to training and press esc to go back to the main menu the music is not playing at all.Its like the music just plays when it want too,but most of the time it wont play.
Is there anyway I can fix this problem

aight im not sure what u talkin about but I think this is the line.

;Example: plugin = looptype=1, plugins/my_plugin.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg
plugin = plugins/in_mad.dll, mp3, in_vorbis, IN_adx, ogg vorbis, DJ-VAN,in_mp3PRO

Edit:do u know what the problem is now and how I can fix it

replace:
plugin = plugins/in_mad.dll, mp3, in_vorbis, IN_adx, ogg vorbis, DJ-VAN,in_mp3PRO

with this:
plugin = looptype=2, plugins/IN_MP3.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg

in_mad.dll is not too good at mp3 format.
