Raphael from TMNT comic patch

yeah. i re release this stuff.
it was my very very first work for mugen long time ago.
its a complete Sprite edition to make raph looks more like in the comics, or TV shows (80's n 2003's)
dont expect something like Pro, is just that i have now how to host it, and though maybe could be interested to get it.
