Palette colors can't be found?
« on: November 07, 2007, 01:14:36 PM »
Ok so I am changing the energy color in Evil Ryu by Reu's palette... I want the energy to be red... and I've succesfully changed all the colors to what I would like. But... there's STILL blue in it, and the crazy part is, there's NO blue left in the palettes color group... where the heck is this blue comming from and why can't I change it?

A guy told me one time, "Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner."

Projectiles and helpers often have their own palettes.  Check to see if the energy FX are set to "shared palette".  They're probably not.  Most likely, you'll need to manually change the colors of the energy FX and re-up them into the SFF.

OR

You could code the energy as a helper and code in some PalFX for those particular helper states.
