It's Negima! AKA Mahou Sensei Negima! AKA Negi Sensei Magi.
it HAS been dubbed into english by FUNimation! I haven't seen it yet in english but I watched it all in Japanese
there is a diffrent Series know as Negima!?
it's basicly the same charecters but a diffrent story.
PS: The Little Boy's name is Negi Springfield ...................
