sometimes this message appears,

"assert failure in charsel.c line 3162",

then mugen shuts itself off. how do i fix this?

did you add the mugen patch to it its in the mugen site that might work

I think thats because the paldefault in some of your chars is wrong. Theres a tutorial on how to fix it. Use <_<|google| since I dont remember exactly how to do it
