Newbie Question. How to make a transformation longer.

  Hello all. I have but a quick question. I have been tinkering around with cns files, although I am not a character designer. I just like to change stats and all. For characters that can transform, but only for a limited time or based on power; is there any way to play with the CNS files to allow them to transform for a longer period, or indefinitely?

I am speaking specifically about the character Fou-Lu from BOF. He transforms for 60 sec A.P. I have been trying to get him to  stay transformed longer.

Usually a transformation's timer is handled by a var counting up until it reaches a certain number.

However, Without the character in question, I can't help more then that.\\

EDIT: Just now noticed this is in the wrong board, It should be in M.U.G.E.N. Help or whatever.
