Warner Bros Japan has unveiled the teaser poster for Keishi Otomo's samurai live action film Rurouni Kenshin, featuring the lead actor Takeru Satoh looking like hes ready to haul butt with the tagline translated as "Watch out for the nice guy". He may not look tough but looks can be deceiving.  The official site has also been revamped with the option to zoom on the back-and-white portrait image for a closer view.

The theatrical release date in Japan is on August 25th

wow friend showed me the trailer for this yesterday but im not hyped. there hasnt been any anime to live action thats been good and i doubt this will be the exception.

hmm i wonder how long his movie will be. looks to me like of thing might be skipped/taken out because i see parts from the prequel ova that showed how he got his scars,him meeting kalrou, the fight at the mansion where all the oni waban died, and his fight with saito at the dojo
