I'm looking to find the best versions of these particular characters:

Zangeif
M Bison (or Vega for the Japanese)
Vega (or Balrog)
Strider Hiryu
Captain Commando

I already got some suggestions from Whiplash but I want more opinions

Any suggestions?

Doesn't matter what gameplay it is, although I'd prefer MvC style. Also it would also help if you attach a download link as well

Depends on what gameplay you want
Zangeif:KoopaKoot's for General, Warusaki3's for CVS and Kame's for MVC
Bison: POTS', hands down
Vega I guess Warusaki3's?
Strider:Syn's, though Splode's is a good choice
Captain Commando: ethier Splode's for MVC or Warusaki3's
