ultron and mephisto

hey, i downloaded scruffydragon's ultron and it says that the specials are "bad."
is there a way to fix it or get a new version?
also, there is a new mephisto that just came out ( cant remeber who made him). he attacks but doesnt do any damage. how can i fix that?

There was a Blackheart someone changed the pallette to red and called it Mephisto, there may be some changes to the moves but there wasn't much difference.
