Roy Mustang by NJ Idea Engineering

Okay, so I made this originally for the "Idea Engineering" section of the MFG forum, but I figured I'd see what I'd get here.

Anyway, I've been thinking about who to do once I finish my series of Sailors, and while I would like to do Keith, I'm thinking of scrapping the project until I get better ideas. Recently, I've been on a bit of a FullMetal Alchemist kick, and I have found that because of his flamboyancy, Roy Mustang is my personal favorite character. I have seen in videos a Roy Mustang for Mugen, but it didn't look that good, so I am looking into making my own Mustang. The problems I have encountered so far are that I don't have too many ideas for special or hyper moves for him, and the inability to find a decent sprite base to work with/an ability to make custom sprites (I feel bad that I can draw fine on paper, but can't do sprites for a character in MSPaint or anything).

This is where I hope to get some ideas going for moves, and maybe some other things. I promise that I will do Mustang justice by making him fun to play and balanced.



Maybe he'll be in Mugen someday.
