Lol, just like how people are looking for people who get free music rather than buying it...you can't enforce these things well at all........

They'll go about it the way they did with the music. They'll find a few poor souls and sue the living hell out of them in hopes of scaring others off of doing it.

We stopped checking for monsters under our bed when we realized they were inside of us.

It would be great to watch those would-be trials online but...that'd be illegal.

I see it in near future - Mars, the prison planet with force field and barely all people from Earth wearing prisoner's robes. Every prisoner there because of violation of author's rights. I would be among them 'coz yesterday I've downloaded Magnum Opus for free, instead of finding some japanese on-line store which offer them(bad, bad me) 8-}

ehhhh the entire thing is because hollywood wants more money. the cant afford to pay for their lamborginis, air jets in their front lawns, take that other exotic trip on 1st class seating and afford one more 100 dollar white t-shirt to their 1 million dollar wardrobe because a factory worker who loves the boat scene from titatic moive decieds to receate that scene with the 2 lovebirds on the deck with the theme song playing and wanted to stream a video  of that moment  for youtube viewers for fun....will get sued because they didnt get consent from the studio to use the track song? .......oh that is just  retarded!  8-}
