well it would be helpful; if u had prior(big words ;D) knowledge of html

but idk i wuz doin it by notepad.....

If you do not know html or xml coding in notepad or dreamweaver, you'll want to use a site that gives templates and is free. www.freewebs.com is the easiest I've used.
