What characters wear formal suits? (with jacket)

The only ones I can think of right off the top of my head are Oswald and Sai.

Slayer from guilty gear wears a kind of suit
Also Rugal from CVS has a suit.

Thanks. I made the first sprite using Karman Cole, and it works. He has some odd moves...
