Fighter Factory (old) help

Whenever I open an SFF file in Fighter Factory it comes in 3 images, with red, green, then blue, all very small with a big black box above them. I made an SFF file in FF (old, while it looked weird) then opened it in FF Ultimate and it looked fine, so the problem is with the program.

Any help?
