Tekken 3 Hwoarang's AI patch

Hi people!!

A time ago I wanted to make a tribute to this char & his creator, cuz we can consider that this char is
a sort of "first step" to mugen hi-res, considering that he's one of the first 3D char for mugen which work without
bugs.

So, what was done by me:

- AI; it's between decent & high level due to the fact that he's a human not a superheroe
- 4 palettes, not very good, but decents ones.
- 1 intro, 1 winpose & 1 losebytimeover pose from some sprites what was already presents.
