The last time the other one didn't go so well, so I thought I would start it again
so this time for the face I tried using a close up, in game pic:

and this is what I got as a result

next time I'll try to make him bigger and a bit taller...

Well the new sprite reminds me of a Gif of a SF3 Evil ryu where he had his arm streched out like that
