street fighter 4 pc help?

whenever I try to play street fighter 4 on my pc,
I GET THIS DARN MESSAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
could not load direct3d.
HELP!

Sounds to me like a problem with your graphics card.
Did you make sure you had compatable hardware?

Hardware is all the junk thats inside the computer, like the drives and the motherbord and all the cards.
Software is programs.

Did you check to make sure the game could be supported by your graphics card?

For compare, on your pc, go to start, then where you see my computer, right click that and click properties. You need at least 1GB of Ram to run.

Download the SF4 benchmark to see if your computer can really run the game.
