I've seen and liked a lot of Anime. However, my favorites were:

Slayer series
Digimon Series (Moreso Seasons 3 and 5. The CG movie was good as well)
Outlaw Star
Dead Leaves
Big-O
Yu Yu Hakusho

Uhh... can't think any more of the moment. There was also this one movie I liked... I'd say it's Ninja Scroll, but I think there's two separate movies of that...
