Actually he is a dc comics char. He is a soldier turned cyborg because of wounds he sustaind in duty he is also sometimes called the industructable man because of his limited invulnarability(also super strengh,speed). But

here is his standing animation.

Not bad...I have no idea who this character is, but I think the colors in your first one looked better. The shading in the newer one is great though.
