How do I make those in to a portrait

So Yeah everyone it's been awhile since I ask for help with anything (dealing with alot of stuff like school work and problems) I was just wondering how to make those in to a portrait http://www.infinitymugenteam.com/Forum_345/index.php?topic=1981.30so  I put the jotaro portrait in fighter factory and it still leaves that color around it so how do I this   :(
