Stage music help

I have the blackheart stage and a couple others made by Juan Carlos.  For some reason the music wont play.  Can somebody please help?

Are they in the sound folder? They need to be in the sound folder in order for MUGEN to detect it.
Maybe you forgot to download the music from Juan Carlos's site he supplied with the stage.
If that's not the problem, check the DEF file. make sure it's like this.

Example:
bgmusic = sound/"name of music file".mp3
"Make sure it's the exact name of the music file you are going to add on the stage.
bgvolume = 255

Yeah its there, and I know it has nothing to do with the plug ins, because the rest of the stages have music

If you have Audacity , open the song with it
you'll see it's in 32 bit , change it to 16 bit and save , now it would work.
