I found Pokemon Platinum on the sidewalk.

I was walking to the post office and I found a PokeMon Platinum on the sidewalk! Kickass!!! It just came out 2 weeks ago. Imma sell it to Gamestop. I'd keep it, but I dont have a DS.

I found Super Mario World 2 at a a house that got burned down the game was half burned, but still worked and had all of it data.

I found Mario Kart Circuit, Robots and a Splinter Cell game all three for the GBA on the ground once.

I found Super Mario Advance 1 on the garden of an abandoned house, it was half broken, but but still worked.

a few days ago I found a naruto DS game on the floor at my job. that same day I was setting up a display for a stereo and there was a random ipod nano in the packaging. must have fallen out of someone's pocket when they were packing the display. sucks for them.

I found Starfox 64, tomb raider 3, and donkey kong 64 at my friends house.

Nah seriously, someone probably picked it up at the post office and dropped it outside. You should take it back and see if they had any recent orders of that game.

To be honest I think it would be very dificult to find the owner like if lets say he worked at the post office putting it behind a desk for a week might make sense.  However in this case he just lives in the area and found it on the ground that definitely does not register as stealing so I think he made the right choice someone might have just thrown it in the trash other wise.  I have known cases where people who worked at an theater took a lot of money directly out of a purse and did not turn the purse in to the management thats stealing finding something on the ground in a random area thats absolutely fine.  On a side note I helped get the same dude who stole money fired for not doing jack squat the dude also sold drugs at work.

i see nothing wrong with keeping/selling it if u found it on the street. its really diffiult to find the owner if u found it on the side walk. i've always hated trying to return things when i didn't know who it belonged to since everyone i ask would say its theirs which makes finding the true owner almost impossible
