he isnt really selectable but iyou do random select he might be the person you get so its a matter of luck wit him same as symbiote onslaught

you can download him though in the char database under megaman like on the bottom of the page youll find dr wily

Wily is not selectable hidden character.

The only chance you have of playing as Wily is with randomselect.

That was more than likely in the previous beta.

This one does not have Wily as a selectable hidden character. Randomselect only.
