The best thing I can tell you is that if you don't know how to re-format it.. take it to your local Computer Repair shop... there's A LOT of them around the country. (Try searching the web and locating a local one... would probably be a better way to do it) They should be able to re-format your PC for about $75. It really does help! Also, ask them to keep your memory... tell them you don't want it erased...

Um... another option would be to run... Disc Cleanup .... then Disk Defragmentor once DC is finished.... then (if you don't have it already, then get it... and update it) run Spybot - Search & Destroy.
