What exactly is the Ultimate Char Tester and Ultimate Installer?

Does it make it easier to install char, stage and screenpacks??

Does the char tester actually test the char before you play mugen??

If so, this could be EXACTLY what Mugen needed??

Has anyone actually tried these thing yet? Is it worth grabbing?

It's for testing characters without loading the other characters and I think for automatic installation of the characters in your mugen.

I would assume that it edits the select.def for you and moves files.

I have both the programs It's basically what nick09 just said i recommend them try them out it's worth the time.
