need help finishing off my custom portrait

My adobe photoshop got deleted i am currently using just a standard paint program to crop and erase... im having difficulty croping or erase the background to just shot the character. can some1 help me finish and croping and erasing the original background, so that the new background will be completely black.

i would like it to look exactly like this hyper gogeta... the background is
completly black and only the character is shown:
