Looks like my prayers about Chao have been answerd, I also wanted to know if you guys think there will ever be a Sonic Adventure 3! I want some damn Chao in my Sonic games damit! ! Who doesnt like Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sonic looked his best in that game, I really like his kicks(shoes)! Do you guys think the above game will be good? What are your thoughts ppl!?!? I also think they should use those shoes in his newer games! Nothing beats classic, yet these do, ! They are just plain cool!!!

Oh God, I hope there won't be a Sonic Adventure 3. 

Sonic should stick to 2d platforming Only because it fails life at everything else.

I'm not too happy about Big, Shadow, and Rouge being in it though.

The game sucks. In many aspects, it's just not a Sonic game.
It's not my fault Sega had to make the rails nearly ungrindable.
Also Big the cat in SA1 blowed big. 
Fishing+Sonic=Major Suckage.. The game was also hella glitchy.
Sonic Heroes just sealed 3d Sonic's fate with the crappy camera system.
As I said, I'm still waiting for Sonic The Hedgehog 4, or Sonic & Knuckles 2.
Sega really sucked the big one when they took Sonic and turned it 3d.

I think Disney would make a better Sonic game then Sega.
I mean I've had more fun with Disney's Power Rangers game, then any Sonic game that has been made in the past 10 years.

Also all the newer characters have crappy names, except Rouge.

Yeah, he's a hedgehog, and he's black, instead of calling him blacky, lets call him something else that has to do with the color black, ok, lets call him shadow.

Then Big the cat, He's a cat, and he's big. So lets name him Big, and his friend frog will just be named Froggy. Very original. 

Then in Sonic Rivals, they didn't even bother sugarcoating Silvers name.
He's a silver looking hedgehog, so they just named him Silver, they didn't bs it like they did with Shadow.
If the first Sonic games were made recently, they probably would have named Sonic
= Blue, Miles Prower =Yellow, Knuckles = red, Amy = Pinky, and any other color character to be named after the color they are.
I mean really. Sega just really got lazy with names. As for Cream & Cheese, I imagine they probably got that name during lunch break or something. They should just concentrate on Shenmue sequels, Virtua Fighter sequels, and Yakuza sequels, because they seem to fail life at everything else.

Exactly! There is nothing wrong with the names and I get perfect A scores in stages with rails in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, if you don't like the new Sonic games, why even bother posting, you know very well that they are never going to go back to 2D so either stop living in the past, or just stop playing Sonic games! And you just called out the new characters names, "Tails" is named that becouse he has 2 tails, "knuckles" is named that becouse of his knuckles, I see that no diffrent than Shadow being called Shadow for his color or the same fo Silver!

Shenmue, VF, and Yakuza are all great and enjoyable 3d games made by sega. 

The thing is, Sonic can be done in 3d, but Sega always finds some way to make it messed up.
In Sonic Adventure, the major downfall was playing as Big, and that robot guy, the messed awkward camera didn't really help this game, which is why I don't really care for it, as for Sonic Adventure 2, The grind rail scheme was an annoyance, and Sonic never needed rails to be be successful, as for a sequel, usually sequels are supposed to be better? Well the game was a lot shorter, Tails being in a mech was a major annoyance, and to top it off, and Knuckles treasure hunt game deevolved. I never had a problem with get from point a to point b in the first 5 sonic games, and that is where the sonic series built it's fame, so why they raped the gameplay since it wasn't broken beats me, they should have just made an entire different series imo. The newer games play more like Crash Bandicoot then Sonic The Hedgehog games. If Nintendo made a Sonic The Hedgehog game, it might actually be good, regardless 3d or 2d.

A majority of Sonic: Unleashed's gameplay seems to be 2d. Meaning, somebody at Sega is probably finally yelling at the Sonic Team (if I was the president of Sega, I would just fire the Sonic Team entirely though, and hire a new staff of people that actually played the original games).
Also Tails isn't tails' real name, it's his nickname. His real name is Miles Prower, he's just nickamed Tails because of his two Tails, as for Knuckles, I assumed that they just named him Knuckles because they would have given him that Nickname anyways even if they gave him a real name.
 
Imo Sonic 2006 was Sonic Adventure 3.
