help me release an edit of someone's else's character(the mugen law way)

This goes out too any of the Infinity members, like can someone please giv me guidance as to how to release edits of someone else's characters.. Becuz i have about two characters that i have edited with new moves along wit the old moves (Kenshiro by ahuron, and subzero by binho, and i want to be able to share it with everybody here because everybody here is so awesome... Now of course i kno that these creations r not mine and i did not make the characters and im not claimin the characters as my own. The small edits r mine, and thats it.... As far as i kno, i think i have to get the creator's permission, or giv credit to the creator.... So um if anyone can tell me if i'm right or what I need to do, I would be more than happy to do so..... Cus i really wanna giv back to the community cus i luv how fair everybody is here... I will respect the mugen law i just need someone to help me through this process.. ok
