I forget who it was but I told someone here a few weeks back that there was another site like FightersGenration. The topic at hand was MvC palettes. Anyway, on this site there is a good character database and palettes are called costumes. Everything is sorted out here too. Sadly, there arent images here like FG & I cant speak for the accuracy of info on this site either...
