If this is true, and that was a real puppy (whether or not it was real was never implied), you admins may ban me now.

Punctuation and capitalization can make the difference between "I helped my uncle, Jack, off a horse," and, "I helped my uncle jack off a horse."

92% of people have moved onto rap. If you're part of the 8% who thinks rap isn't music, sucks to be you.

Most newer stuff sucks, though.

The sick son of a b*tch has a myspace. Here is that piece of sh*t's myspace.
Why would he write that if it was fake.

Why do people always give cheap excuses? Can't someone think of something to say that makes sense for a change?

Its time 4 Rage to speak.

Rage says:

Its twisted but funny as hell prank . . . . . But if it involted a real puppy thats just wrong. Now insted of sitting here debating on rather or not this vid is real, (which we are not going to receiave an answer to.) Sit and laugh cuz its funny. sick but funny.

                                                            ;D RAGE
I ought to take you and throw YOU off a cliff.

Yes, you do that. Because throwing a live person off a cliff is not nearly as bad as throwing a stuffed animal off a cliff as a prank.

and they are in our army... because :-?? >:(

If it was a real puppy, I'd agree, but this is just a bad prank. Severe punishment, yes, but this isn't stuff you should get discharged over.
So you still don't think it's real, eh? Even after it was put on the news and everything?

I'd rather hear it from the puppy tosser himself. I'm not exactly trusting of the news, being a 3rd party source.

And, no, I don't consider that Myspace thing him saying that it's a real puppy.

I just want solid proof. Especially considering how fake looking that puppy was, it's going to take some good evidence to convince me otherwise.

Him trying to excuse it, really doesn't go well with me at all. Personally, he'd have to lose his hands just so he wouldn't do something like this again. Its not because he threw a puppy, its because he was able to something this awful to another living being. Sure its in the past, but that doesn't excuse it at all. He says hes sorry, when he doesn't look sorry at all when he laughs, smirks and shrugs it off in the video.

Are you suggesting cutting off the hands of everyone who has been in the military?

This is some real bad logic flaw here. Why can't he regret what he did in hindsight? What makes him saying sorry any less valid based on what we know?

No, I'm implying that for this man.

In hindsight, he can be sorry, I doubt he means it though. For all we know he could be just saying it because now hes in some trouble.

I'd hate to think what kind of punishment you would put Hitler through.

I could really be lying and saying that I masturbate to animal cruelty. Possibility covers a lot of ground. I'm not saying he's telling the truth, I'm saying you shouldn't be so quick to judge his apology as false. You know him as well as I do.

I'd kill his philosphy of the "perfect race" and his imagination! *cackle*
In all honesty, I wouldn't want that for him (the marine), my opinion was biased since I used to be a dog owner. I won't say a fine is good either since that would be like a slap on the wrist and a "Bad! Don't do that again!" type of thing. Whos to say what action taken is THE right punishment.

Very true. If his apology is sincere or not, who knows. But I don't think that him saying "sorry" makes what he did, ok.

If I had to be the one to punish the marine, and if it were a real dog (I'm assuming it is because people nowadays are so stupid, I mean I saw on the news a long time ago that 11 year olds raped some girl... I mean how low can humanity get?)

so yeah, If I was the one who had any right to punish him, I'd throw him off the cliff. He wouldn't be laughing then.

I'm talking about eye for an eye in a general sense, not the death penalty...

And tossing someone off a cliff isn't a "death penalty".

And tossing someone off a cliff isn't a "death penalty".

I'm actually pursuing a law career and right about now I was studying a book about penal laws ("About crimes and penalties", by the Marquis of Beccaria, a book from the 18th century). I agree with that book that death penalty isn't really he answer. On first thought one would say "yeah, he who commits murder should be killed". But the, given a second thought, it's more like the law, the representative of society, which was created precisely to prevene murders, is actually committing one itself. That's not justice, that's vengeance (eye for an eye as you like to call it).
