Ready for first MVC2 WIP(Roll Alpha)

Okay, I know I've said I wanted to do a Pocket Fighter 2 project, and MVC style characters, but I can't get the custom sprites to come out right...
So, to practice char making, I'm gonna make a different version of Roll, using the EoH template.
But, I'm gonna make her have different sprites from the original version, to make her seem a bit different.

What I want to include:

Some new sprites
Custom hypers
Special intros with certain characters
Some moves from different Robot masters
And, a different Hyper portrait

Does anyone have any ideas?


Currently spriting TotW style:

Working on requests...I might list them later, when I can get things straightened out.

Current Mugen projects(I may need help, but hopefully I won't... ^ ^; ).

Original character sorta based on Roll named Roll-alpha:will be MVC style.

My opinion...

My only concern about what your presenting is the fact that you did mension that you weren't getting the custom sprites looking right. That might burn a lot of time and energy, and even hurt you in the long run, if you build on the  EoH template without having a patent sprite base to being with.

I'm just speaking from experience, but it could be a move that can cost you hours of re-vamping, re-spriting, and re-aligning everything you built thus far. There are plently of generous people here whom probably share or even have there own pocket W.I.P of the very same goal your trying to acommplish. Collaboration is a great way to take your character to the next level, while staying on course with your vision... and a great way to meet new people too  ;)

On the plus side, I do like your idea and I am a fan of the Pocket Fighter series. It would be interesting to see new Pocket Fighters for MUGEN. Just take your time, map your moves and never limit yourself. I'm sure you'll make it work.  %%-

Well, the main spriting problem isn't Roll, it's with other characters I'm trying to sprite...
But thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it!^^
