Bombman is the man.
But if you want another: Heatman, Flashman, Hardman, topman, Needleman, Drillman, Ringman, Diveman, Stoneman, Chargeman, Waveman, Starman, Windman, Tomahawkman, Yamatoman, Knightman, Burstman, Junkman, Springman, Turboman, Grenademan, Clownman, Swordman, Searchman, Coldman, Pirateman, Magicman.
I second Bombman!

Thanks DG!

Sword Man would somewhat be a good Megaman 8 boss as well, he does have some unique attacks, but wouldn't they leave you out in the open? Example : Sword Man's Fire Slash move which his upper body rotates around and hits the wall at somewhat a slow pace, then reconnects with the lower half. Wouldn't that attack somewhat leave you open for someone to attack you or would they have to hit the upper half?

Oh I could just see it now. both the upper and lower half of the body would have super armor, that kind that doesn't make you flinch no matter how many times you're hit. I would make that move a hyper.

What about the Fire Shield attack where Sword Man puts his sword into the ground and like a huge fire comes up out of the ground surrounding Sword Man? That would cause alot of damage!

Yup, that one would be an anti-air move too, like Shinryukenn.

What about the stone Sword Man drops whenever he touches the wall? It would could from the ceiling, land on the opponent, then all of a sudden, four slashes break the stone and the opponent comes out with half their health left?

Honestly, I don't even remember that lol Its been a while since I've played MM8, so I wouldnt know how that should work in a fighting game.

At the beginning of the battle, a stone would drop and then four slashes from Sword Man's sword tore the stone apart and Sword Man appeared from under it. That's what happened at the beginning of the battle when you fought Sword Man in Megaman 8.

oh that, the only way I see that working is if the stone drops on the opponent and swordman teleports into it and does the slash thing. Sort of like a grab. low punch would have the stone drop the fastest but no slash, he just breaks out of the stone giving low damage, Mp would have the stone moving a little faster with two slashes out of the stone with a good amount of damage, and the high punch would have the stone moving the slowest with all four slashes giving alot of damage.

What else would be good for Sword Man? Hm, maybe a special intro for when he and Megaman fight each other? Like how Sword Man doesn't want to fight Megaman again cause he wants to be his ally and aid him in defeating Dr. Wily.

LOL, but I kinda think there were two bosses in Megaman 8 that didn't like following Dr. Wily's orders, Astro Man and Sword Man. So it's very likely they'd become Megaman's allies. Maybe we should work on Sword Man as a Mugen character?

I think the Megaman 8 sprites would be good for Sword Man since it would take a little longer to do the MVC style. Anyway, I'am fighting Sword Man right now. Should I take notes? LOL

"Nothing personal, I'm just following orders."

Swordman have two distinct parts: the lower body and the upper body. From the history, Dr. Wily had found an ancient, powerful sword, and wanted to gave it to a new robot master. But the sword was too heavy, that the only way he found to solve that was to create a robot with a body sepparated from the legs, which hangs on thanks to a powerful magnetic device. And so Swordman was born.

Funny though as Sword Man kinda liked fighting Megaman and somewhat accepted his loss when he was defeated. How would he work though as a Mugen character? If he jumps, his lower body has to be invincible.

A nice idea would be him jump just with the upper half of his body, so his legs would stay on the ground all the time!

The problem is though, we'd have to make his lower body move along with the upper body as well when Sword Man jumps cause that is what happened in Megaman 8.

This isn't a problem, just make his lower body act as a helper, so in fact you will be controlling only the upper body.
