IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE ON THE [liFE BARS] THE LITTLE SELECT ICON TO FIT RIGHT INSIDE THE LIFEBARS WITOUT THE PIC GOING OUTSIDE OF THE LIFE BAR

you can resize both portrait sprite and portrait icon codes, it depends if you want the portrait to be bigger or smaller.
