can u use old characters with this and mugen hi res as well?

Mugen plus lets you use a hi res screenpack only, you can use the same characters, and you can use both hi and low res stages.

Maybe people should call Hi-Res Mugen "Hi-Res Stage Mugen", because too many people think Hi-Res characters won't work on normal Mugen.

As for the "Hi-Res characters look blocky on normal Mugen" excuse, put your Mugen on doubleres = 4, then come back to me.
