um you mean change to japeneese char set? is there a plugin?

it should already be installed on your comp... you have to change the language settings of non uni-code programs to japanese first or else it won't read in winzip of winrar.

go to control panel ---> regional and language options ---> advanced and then switch it from english to japanese, at least i'm pretty sure that's how to do it on an XP i don't remember exactly, but that should be how. (is sad parents upgraded to vista, but is happily playing halo 2)

i use vista and it's kinda cool....but on the ibm laptop i used to do this i am on win xp sp2....

You could search for a Japanese language pack download off google, or you could update your XP software.

Bah. I've tried setting my computer to Japanese and using the above password, and it's gotten me nowhere.

If someone could just PM me with the contents of the character without the PW, I know I would appreciate it.
