Order or Chars/Matches & Options

Ya know the options at the bottom of the Select file in the Data folder. Yeah, its not working for me and I cant figure out why. Can anybody help me out? I pasted it below.

Also, the number of rounds I want to fight in mugen isnt working as well. I wanna Im still fighting with 2 rounds to win and I want it to be 3. It wont change for me.

For the round see the lifebar...

For the order, 15 of o. 1, 2 of o.2, etc..
I think is correct, do you have:
"nameofchar",,order="number"
or "nameofchar",stages/------,order="number" ?
