Need help to add a video in a stage....if is it possible...

Dear friends I would like to make a stage from a video, I mean take the whole video and put it like a stage (with all the video animations)....is possible to do directly in some strange way? Or I need do extract any single frame from the video and insert it in the sff like a normal animation? (I know how to do it........but the way is too long, there are more than 10000 pics, try to write the numbers in the def file!!!!!)

I hope to find a magic way to export directly the whole video inside........
