Help Downloading A Mugen Char

Im not very good with Chinese/Japanese, but this char was just released yesterday, and i keep getting an error message when i try to download it.

The Char is Hatsune Miku by Yutoharu. I just need to know if the problem resides on my end, or has the Char already been deleted. Any Help is always appreciated
