Need help with downloading my mugen files to desktop

I saved all my winmugen files to my dvd,and my computer is cleaned out from all virus,now when i try to download my files to the desktop they worked,but yesterday when i poped the cd in the computer the computer did not read the cd and nothing appered on screen,I know i saved my files on there,just to test it out I tryed to went to a picture and right clicked and tryed to send it  to my dvd and  when i tried to do this in the send too, I dont see send or trasfer too dvd anymore??? im confused ,for example when i tryed to put a movie dvd in the computer it did not read and nothing showed up,dose anyone  that is a expert in computers know how I can get my disk drive working?,It just stoped for no apperent reason. what a heada I mean I can still see the green light when i pop in the cd or movie but it suppose to stay on it only stays on for a little while,im confused :huh:

You might have to reinstal the drivers for your dvd player. You can probly find them on the manufacutre's website.
