How much would you pay for a poster?

Hello!

This is like a survey of something like that to keep me updated about common tastes and preference and it can also influence the quality and the style of my future works.

As title says, I'm trying to set up the pricing of my artpal pieces, but I'd like to know if people do actually buy posters, which kind of posters people like most and the price that people would pay for them.

Also have you ever bought or planned to buy a poster/commission print or ? If so, which artist would you choose and which dimension of the poster (A4, A3, and so on...) ? Do you trust print sites or you prefer to print them on your own... in this case, how much would you pay for the file to print?

The key is to research various places, i don't know about poster printing, so take my suggestion with a huge pinch of salt (and not the salt that keeps evil spirits and demons away and chin chin away, the false information variation)

thanks, yep I would check many places but I fear that the profit "range" set by artists is almost always subjective or free to decide: the artist can set his own pricing, so I think it's better to ask directly the opinion of anyone who likes posters and buys them, so I can know the average of affordable / reasonable price... and style of work that people would prefer so I can adapt my skills to that particular style (unless it's something totally out of my "way").
