this is must be one cool April fool day character.. I don't know if anyone notice its or not but here a video demonstration to show you guys XD how epic this crazy character capable of doing. And also by the way this is on versus mode setting and not training mode. when Evil Fei-Long does hit his combo to 100+ the HP gauge goes up on the player 2
